China Henan Xichuan County Yamei Carpet Factory is one of the world largest handmade carpet manufactures. The company has been founded in 1972 with staffs of 2000 female workers and 308 engineers.
Yamei’s leading products are washed Persian silk carpet, handmade natural silk artistic tapestries, handmade spun silk carpet, handmade cotton carpet, handmade silk & wool mixed carpet, handmade wool carpet with a production ability of more than 280.000 sq ft /year.
During more than 36 years,Yamei Carpet has earned several excellent honors around the world. Thus it became one of the most important gifts sent to foreign high ranking leaders by Chinese government.
